Terms of use, policies, and disclaimers for the New Steps Academy education platform.
1. Acceptance and changes
By using the New Steps Academy website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
We may change these Terms or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after posting means acceptance of the new Terms. You can always reload this page for the latest version.
2. Nature of the service
New Steps Academy is an education and training platform for trading: video content and a Demo account with virtual funds.
We are not an exchange and, at this stage, not a licensed broker. We do not execute real orders on external venues unless later announced under formal agreements.
Content and displayed prices are for education or simulation — not personalised investment advice.
3. Intellectual property
All rights in the Platform, content, and New Steps Academy trademarks remain ours or our licensors’, unless otherwise noted.
You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or create derivative products from our content without prior written permission.
4. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for accurate registration data and keeping OTP codes and sessions confidential.
Abuse, intrusion attempts, multi-accounting to bypass limits, or unlawful activity are prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Demo and subscriptions
Demo starts with a one-time virtual USD 100 balance with no user reset. Demo profits and losses are virtual and not real trading results.
Standard or VIP subscriptions unlock video content by plan — they are not a live trading licence and do not guarantee profits.
Live market prices may be shown for simulation only; no real financial orders are sent externally during Demo.
6. Live (later)
If real trading is offered later, it will be architecturally separate from Demo and require KYC, legal compliance, an approved provider, and additional published terms.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Content is educational only and not investment advice. Trading involves risk of capital loss.
Hypothetical (Demo) or past performance does not guarantee future results.
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
